From our Quality Management System documentation: our commitment to customer satisfaction, full compliance with standards and sustainable production.
Operating in machining, welded fabrication, assembly and related support processes, our company has adopted as a core principle the accurate analysis of customer needs and expectations, and the supply of reliable products that fully meet those expectations in terms of quality and conform to applicable standards. Accordingly, we commit to:
Sustaining customer satisfaction; manufacturing in compliance with national and international standards, customer requirements and legal and other applicable obligations; acting with a production philosophy that protects the environment and supports occupational health and safety; ensuring on-time delivery and effective after-sales service; continuously improving our production capability and process performance by following technological developments and engineering practice; preventing the occurrence of defects by managing our processes effectively and aiming to produce correctly the first time; and continuously developing and improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System with the participation of our employees through a risk-based approach.
In line with these principles, we adopt as our Quality Policy the continuous development of our Quality Management System to create sustainable value for our customers, our employees and all our stakeholders.

Our Environmental Policy
Our company operates a management system that places environmental protection at its core across all stages of machining, welded fabrication, assembly and support processes, that manages environmental impacts and that embraces a sustainable production philosophy. We undertake to: identify, evaluate and reduce the environmental impacts arising from our production activities; ensure the efficient use of energy, water and natural resources; fully comply with current environmental legislation and other relevant obligations; develop the environmental awareness of our employees and encourage the active participation of our stakeholders in environmental management; take preventive measures against environmental pollution by regularly assessing environmental aspects and impacts; implement the Environmental Management System with a continuous improvement approach based on developing technology and engineering practice; and regularly measure, analyse and improve the performance of our Environmental Management System.

Waste Management
Through an effective Waste Management Programme we are committed to preventing and reducing waste generation at source, evaluating opportunities for reuse and recycling, and disposing of — or having disposed of — non-recyclable waste without harming the environment.

In line with this principle, we accept the protection of the environment, the sustainable use of natural resources and leaving a liveable environment to future generations as our corporate responsibility. This policy is adopted and applied by all our employees and is published for the access of all interested parties.
