Typical scope
Tower flanges and connection rings, generator housings and end shields, gearbox and speed-converter components, hub and main-frame machining, and welded steel structures for nacelle and tower internals.

Why tolerance matters here
A flange that is out of flatness transfers uneven load through the entire tower for the twenty-year life of the turbine. We therefore machine critical faces in a single set-up wherever possible and verify flatness, concentricity and hole patterns before release.

Serial and spare production
We handle both repeat batch production and one-off replacement parts for turbines already in the field — often the fastest route to getting a stopped turbine back online.
