Hydroelectric Power Plants

Hydroelectric plants are built to run for decades in a punishing environment: constant water contact, cavitation, silt abrasion and heavy cyclic loading. The components we manufacture are designed and produced with that service life in mind.

Products and parts
Turbine runners and distributor components, guide vanes, shaft and bearing housings, dam and intake gates, trash racks, penstock sections, and stoplogs — machined, welded and pre-assembled in our facility before shipment.

Refurbishment and spares
Many Turkish HPPs commissioned in the 1990s and 2000s now need replacement parts that the original supplier no longer produces. We reverse-engineer from a sample part or from measurements taken on site, prepare the drawing for your approval, and manufacture locally — usually far faster and at lower cost than an import.

Delivery discipline
Planned outage windows are short and expensive to miss. Production plans are agreed up front and progress is reported, so the part is on site when the maintenance team is.
