Rimet Makina machines large and heavy components that most workshops simply cannot handle. With more than 30 machining centres across a 3,500 m² covered facility and two overhead cranes rated at 50 tonnes for a single piece, we take on work that demands both capacity and tight tolerances.

What we manufacture
Machine tool bodies and slides, gearbox and reducer housings, crusher and mill components, wear parts, heavy frames and welded constructions, and machined castings supplied by our customers or sourced by us.

Capability at a glance
Vertical turning up to Ø3,600 mm, horizontal boring and milling, large-envelope CNC machining, stress relieving, welded fabrication and pre-assembly — all under one roof, so a part never leaves our control between operations.

Quality assurance
Every stage is measured and recorded. Dimensional inspection reports accompany delivery, and material certificates are traceable to the batch. Our processes follow our Quality and Environmental Management System.
